It’s appears 2.85 miles seems to be my sweet spot this week…I’m working towards that 10k, but for now I will take what I can get!
At the same time what I have to really watch is my asthma. It’s been acting up and that’s just not a good thing. I had a pretty severe asthma attack at work yesterday and after last month’s trip to the ER over it, I broke down and set up a doctor’s appointment for next week. I’m hoping it’s just allergies and/or that I need to build my lungs back up.
FitMixer bootcamp is nearing and I’m so excited to get started! I’m in communications with the RD and looking forward to this new challenge ahead of me. In the meantime, I’m off to Colorado this weekend for the Blend Retreat! It’s going to be an amazing weekend of great company and fun fitness activities. It’s going to come with it’s challenges but I’m going to face them head on and hope for the best. I’m not sure what internet access will be like all weekend, but I’ll try to check in when and where I can.
