Fitness Friday // The Good & The Bad

The bad: It’s been a really long week with probably not enough sleep…

The good: I’m back in the game of fitness and it feels so good!

The bad: One of my favorite managers moved to NYC yesterday…it was a cry fest at work (and the whole drive home).

The good: Today is a very good day!  So good in fact we’re off to celebrate.  We’re celebrating this one’s birthday!

Happy Birthday Amy!

We’ve got a full day celebrating and we’re even knocking something off my Summer Bucket List!
