Fitness Friday

I think I’m coming down with a cold. Scratch that. I’m denying that I think I’m coming down with a cold. I guess I needed to up my immunity a bit better while I was traveling. I’m doing my best to get enough sleep and Vitamin C before it can turn into anything too crazy. Fingers crossed.

It’s nice to be home and get back into my normal routine, including my early morning workouts. Although, I’d rather be working out at the fitness center in The Lenox Hotel because it’s much nicer than my gym here.

It’s also been good to get back into some of my FitMixer workouts, though I’m also trying to change things up a bit and start adding more running or additional cardio into my workout regime.

And as you’ll see below – yes the girl that doesn’t dance, danced at the wedding…I’m sure it wasn’t pretty for any spectators. ;)

  1. So far my workouts have been great! I took Wednesday off because mentally I just could not go out for a run plus I only got 5 hours of sleep. So I slept in instead :)

  2. Great workouts girl!! I need to get back at it!
