Did everyone have a good Thanksgiving? I hope you didn’t stuff yourselves too full but were able to enjoy the food and company. I know I sure did.
I’m going to skip the link-up this week because I’m sure many of your are either hungover from too much turkey or out shopping. I’m thankful to say I’m neither but I was ready to fall asleep at 8:30 last night and taking it a little easier today sounded like a good plan in my book. So let’s hop right to the good stuff.
I had a seriously amazing week of fitness so I’m excited to share that with all of you! It was one of those weeks where my body just felt really strong and my legs just wanted to run, so I let them!
