Over the last several years, I’ve filled my tool box with tools to help me in moments of anxiety when I need to bring about more peace and comfort. As I’m sure you can gather, yoga and meditation are two of my big go-to bills. When life gets crazy, stressful, and overwhelming, I lean on these tools in an even bigger way. Finding peace and calm amidst chaos is hard, but meditation provides that chance to bring moments, even when it feels like the world is spinning around you.
I first shared this meditation for peace and calm on a Facebook and Instagram live in March 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic. Maybe you caught it, maybe you didn’t, but I received such a strong response and how powerful it was for those who caught it, that I wanted to re-record it so you have access to it anytime that you need it. Let this meditation support you but know that your meditation practice builds on itself, so rather than only incorporating meditation during times of chaos, I encourage you to find a consistent practice so you can feel the power of meditation in your life. Then when those crazy times hit, your meditation practice feels that much more powerful.
