As I mentioned yesterday, I’m gearing up for a busy weekend. You know, one of those weekend’s that you thought might be fairly relaxing and then you blink and you’re wondering how you’re doing to get it all done and have time to eat and breathe. Okay, so it may not be THAT busy but today does have that potential (though I’m trying with all my might to build in that breathing time.) 😉
Regardless of a busy weekend, I really wanted to give you guys a fun little workout that you can either do this weekend or fit into your fitness plan for next week. I threw it together one day when I wasn’t really sure what I felt like doing and I loved it. In fact, I loved it so much that I did it again this past week. And since I still loved it, I decided to share it with you all today.
It may seem relatively simple (it is) but I assure you, this left me sweaty and feeling tired. Both times I completed 3 rounds of the circuit, but if you’re up for an added challenge, by all means complete a 4th round. You badass, you!
