Summer is right around the corner and I think many of us are kicking up our workout routines so we can feel confident walking around on the beaches, wearing shorts, etc.
Now if you ask me, we should ALL feel comfortable in our bodies because we’re all uniquely GORGEOUS, but I also won’t stand here and tell you that I don’t understand the mental shift that comes around this season, because boy guys, I GET IT!
