As mentioned in yesterday’s video, my workouts lately have been primarily running and the FitBit Star personal trainer workouts but I do enjoy writing my own workouts so I’ve still been throwing a few in here and there. Today, I’m going to share this great core burner from Sunday’s workout. I paired it with a 2 mile semi-speed walk and it left me in a happy sweat.
While I am missing the heavy lifting (and community) that comes with CrossFit, you can’t beat a great circuit workout, especially one that you can do anywhere with no equipment needed!
