How’s everyone’s week been? It’s been a WEIRD week for me to be quite honest. From Instagram deleting my entire feed (though it seems like some people see it and others can’t), to a fire of sorts in my apartment building Wednesday night (everyone is fine!), to my anxiety being up quite a bit, I’ll admit that I’m happy the weekend is just about here. I spent last weekend in a meditation teacher training and my love for meditation has definitely grown and my mind is spinning (in good ways) dreaming of other ways to help others cultivate a meditation practice. Anyway, today’s yoga class is a Dancing Warrior flow. It’s a pretty standard standing series that’s suitable for all levels. I love having this flow (or variations of it) in my back pocket for last minute subbing needs! You may find instructors have varying versions of this flow, but this is the one I learned. It’s a great way to build energy through the body and I hope you all enjoy it!
