I tell you all the time if there’s a yoga class or guided meditation you want to see to let me know because I’d be happy to make it for you. Well, today’s class was requested by one of my best friends who was looking for an easy morning yoga class that would open her hips, start to introduce some mindful movement into her day, but wouldn’t be anything too crazy or strenuous. Well, ask and you shall receive!
This class is great to do first thing in the morning when you wake up and find your body stiff and tired, but it would also be great to do anytime you need to gently get into those hips and hamstrings. Even better, if you want to do it right from your bed – go for it!
We don’t often need props for our classes and while you don’t need anything, I do suggest having a blanket that you can roll up or a pillow nearby, just in case you want it.
