I was ecstatic, elated, and on the verge of tears out of sheer happiness. I found the test to be rather difficult, not so much in content but in the way things were worded. Just enough to confuse me and make me second guess myself. NASM doesn’t share our exact scores but I know it was at least a 70% because I passed. WHOOHOO!
Now that is something to be thankful for today.
But it’s Thanksgiving and after spending last year’s Thanksgiving at the hospital preserving some level of happiness and sanity:
eating trying to eat this:
And after at least 4 years in a row of a make-shift Thanksgiving (in some form or another), today I am the most thankful to spend the holiday with my family! I wish my sister could be here as well but I’m so happy that I get to attend the giant Thanksgiving celebration at my mom’s cousin’s place with a large chunk or our extended family. There will be lots of food, conversation and celebration!
Happy Thanksgiving to all you!
What are you thankful for?
How are you celebrating the holiday?
Making anything tasty?
I’m bringing a giant bowl of roasted veggies, but first starting the day with a 5k Turkey Trot! 🙂
