Today, we’re going to work on balance! Balance is this brand new beast in our bodies every single day but it brings in strength of the mind and body, so it’s worth working on! I want you to remember that this flow will feel different in your body every single time that you do it, but it’s also likely going to be different as you move from side to side. That’s how balance works. Instead of getting frustrated with yourself if things don’t go the way you think they should, see if you can let go of the expectations. Find a good spot to roll out your mat and let’s find some balance.
