One week into living in a new city. One week into a new job. One week into this new chapter of my life.
I’m still processing and finding my groove. I’m still figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t. I’m still figuring out how to do all of the things I want and need to do.
And despite it all, the importance of my workouts is proved day after day after day. They aren’t as intense, long or sweaty as I usually like them to be, but sometimes our bodies (and minds) need that switch up. Plus, they’re still making for some really great workouts. Walkout plank with push-up
Standing side crunch
Lying leg cross-cross
