It’s been a weird week from wavering motivation to Thursday’s crazy headache but regardless I’m in a good place and ready to get back on track this afternoon.

3.5 mile run + 250 lunges (GPP run lunge)
20 mins stationary bike
Abs & stretching
20 mins YogaDownload – Gentle Hatha #3
