I’m suddenly gearing up for a busy weekend. It’s funny how quickly that can happen, but regardless of it being busy, the good news is that it should also be really fun! I’m still figuring out what it’ll look like and since it’s all in the name of my job, I’ll share what I can, when I can. For now, I’m thinking I better start the coffee IV to get me through a very busy Saturday! 😉
But let’s not jump ahead of ourselves. It’s been a fun week of fitness, though I do find myself struggling with no “training plan” to follow so I’m still trying to find my groove and figure out what my body wants to do. No worries, I’ll get there.

70 Broken V-Ups (70 reverse crunch/70 toe touch)
3 mile run
30 mins kb row
3 mile walk around city
2.5 mile run
60 sec plank

(since this was so ab heavy, I skipped the AB challenge for today)
20 min walk
