I’d like to take a different approach to WIAW today. I didn’t take any pictures of my meals, snacks or beverages this week. Maybe it was part of stepping away from blogging when I don’t feel like it. Or maybe it was just to inspire me to think outside the box a little. So let’s make this easy with just a little food for thought.
I get emails from YogiTimes and I always love the quotes that start out each email, as well as the articles that come after it but I got an email several weeks ago with the below quote and I had to save it. It spoke loudly to my beliefs in taking care of your body.
