Today’s class is coming to you from my home studio space and was the first TriYoga with Katie video I filmed here. This space for me is grounding, inspiring, and calming. It isn’t a space that’s overly complex or fancy, but right now I’m really enjoying having this extra room in my home that I can give to inspire my work, like today’s full-body core strengthening yoga flow.
This class today isn’t going to be long, but we will use this almost 20-minute class to build strength throughout the entire body and really work on our core engagement. Our core is such an integral part of our lives, both on and off the mat. Our core is what carries us through life so engaging and strengthening that core is a must. This class will do just that for you.
