I have to be totally honest, maybe it’s the Marathon Training going on right now, but I am loving slowing my practice down lately. While I love a heated vinyasa class, there’s nothing like a good hip opening slow flow to help my body recover from all of the running that’s been happening lately. Getting into the hips, an area where we carry a lot of stress, tension, and anxiety, can get pretty juicy but when we can really work into that space, beautiful things can come from it. The good news is that’s exactly what I have for you today!
I’ve heard from some of you that you’re really enjoying the hip opening so I wanted to bring more options to you. Now, you can add a little more variety to your practice as I know you’ll love this class just as much (maybe even more than) the last hip class.
As always, if you’re looking for a longer class or want to start by setting an intention or end with a meditation, there are several options within my channel for you to choose from. I really hope you enjoy this practice today and as always, thank you for joining me!
