Do you ever have those days when you’re just not feeling focused? When it feels like there are thoughts and things moving around you a million miles a minute? Those days that are just full of “squirrel” moments? While I may not be as bad as my puppy when it comes to squirrels, we all have those days and lucky for you, that’s where today’s “I am focused” yoga class is just what you need.
You see, the intention for this class is all around the mantra “I am focused” because this class takes focus. It takes your listening to my cues and I mean really listening. “Did she step the right foot back? Or keep it forward?” If you’re really tuned in, focused on the class, on listening to the cues being given, on listening to your body and what is happening, you’ll stay focused from start to finish. If not, this may be the most frustrating 16 minute class of your life. I kid, kind of.
I think you’re going to enjoy this flow. I know that my students seemed to enjoy it when I taught it in class earlier this week (in a longer format and multiple times through, of course).
