Do you often find yourself rushing ahead to what comes next? Or worrying about what’s happened in the past? You’re definitely not alone but today’s class is all about being PRESENT. Right here, right now. I hope this ‘I Am Present’ Vinyasa Yoga class will help you shed all the things happening in your life, if only for the duration of this class so you can just BE.

I’ve received several requests for longer or full-length requests and ask and you shall receive. Today’s class is just that. It’s a 45 minute, full-length vinyasa yoga class. I will take you from the start of your practice all the way through the end. We’ll build heat within the body, we’ll balance, we’ll strengthen the core, and we’ll stretch it out before a juicy savasana. Enjoy your practice.
