Today’s meditation is going to be a love and kindness meditation. While you may see variations in this style of meditation, the general concept is the same: we’re going to cultivate and send love to yourself and others.

Through this practice, you will send love to yourself and then we’ll go through the process again and you’ll send love to someone in your life. That person can be a friend, family member, child, partner, coworker, the barista at your favorite coffee shop. You get the point, it can be anyone. It can also be helpful to go through this love and kindness meditation if there’s someone who hurt you that you’re working to forgive. 

Now, if you’re ready, we’ll get into our practice.
