While I still haven’t had much of an appetite, it’s slowly coming back and as such, I’m trying to pick foods that are heavy in nutrients and will keep me full, focused and moving forward.

I was sent the chocolate and apple cinnamon and honestly, it’s hard to pick a favorite! They’re both sweet without being too much so and with 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of omegas, they’re perfect for pre-workout snack, mid-afternoon cravings or to just grab and go!
