Albert Einstein once said, “I believe in intuitions and inspirations…I sometimes feel that I am right. I do not know that I am.” Our intuition is a strong tool that we always have with us, but the question we have to ask ourselves is if we’re listening? Today’s meditation for intuition is all about building up that spot within ourselves, learning to trust the space, and listening to its guidance. It’s not always going to be an easy task, but that’s where this meditation is perfect. This is a practice that you can come back to time and time again, continuing to build up that trust.
Sometimes the world gets so loud and our lives keep us so busy that we have a hard time slowing things back down so we can actually hear. This meditation will help you do that. It will help you quiet the mind so you can be present and really listen to the guidance that is trying to come through. Some days it may be louder than others, but it’s something that is so beneficial to work on.
Today, I want you to find a quiet space, your comfortable meditation position, and then let yourself listen to what comes up in this meditation for intuition. It may be beneficial to have a journal nearby so when you’re done with your meditation, you can take note of anything that may have come up here.
