Do you ever have those times when you’re not feeling your most confident self? Those days, weeks, or maybe even months when you’re feeling small, playing small, and as such, acting small? Confidence is something that is within each of us. It requires us to dig in deep to ourselves, to remind us of the many things that make us great, to see how wonderful we can be despite the things we have to work on. So often it seems that confidence comes easier for others than ourselves, but that doesn’t have to be the case. There are tools and things to help you step into your self-confidence and this meditation is one of those very things. This meditation to cultivate self-confidence is one that I suggest having in your regular arsenal of guided meditations because we all go through those seasons of playing small and I want you to always remember your worth.
