I haven’t been shy to share about my struggles with anxiety. I think we have to take the stigma away. The more we are able to talk about our own worries, concerns, and anxieties, the more we’re able to connect with and help one another. I started doing this meditation when I found myself in an anxiety spiral and needed to come back into my body and calm down. I’ve found it so helpful for myself, that I’ve also talked friends through it when they are in that same space.
With that said, this meditation isn’t ONLY helpful when you’re in an anxious space. This meditation is really good anytime when you need to find a few moments of stillness, quiet, and relaxation. I hope you’ll give it a try and then let me know how it went for you!
