Happy Monday! I promised I would try to get a post out today so here I am. Before I get to today’s post, I want to talk a little about overwhelm and goals. I have a lot of goals, dreams, and things I’m looking to achieve with my life. There was a point over the summer when I realized I had so many things that I wanted to do, that I was literally STUCK in a place of overwhelm that I didn’t know what action to take because I couldn’t figure out where to start. Which task needed to take priority? Where could I wait?
What I decided to do was look at the 3 big things: get this space back up and running (including transferring posts from JT30), complete the studying for my NASM CPT renewal, write the book I’ve been wanting to write.
I decided to give 1 month to each goal. August was about moving the blog; September was studying; October was starting my book. In August I accomplished my goal. In September, I finished reading the NASM textbook and scheduled my exam for this past Saturday. I took the last few weeks to study and review, and I’m happy to say that I passed my exam! So now I can really dive into my October goal of starting to write my book. I have played around with an outline but it still needs some more work.
Anyway, I love podcasts and so many of my friends are constantly asking me for new ones to check out so I thought it would be fun today to share a few of my favorite podcasts with you! Today’s favorites are some of my favorites for when I need some inspiration.
