Personal Intention Meditation – TriYoga with Katie

Welcome to 2020! It’s a new year, a new decade, and while it may be arbitrary to many, a beautiful opportunity for a fresh start. I love the start of the new year and all of the potential that the year ahead holds for us. I love the opportunity for reflection and refocus. There’s a lot that I want to leave behind in 2019 and a lot that I want to create for myself in this new year. I’m someone who loves setting intentions, goals, words, mantras and ALL THE THINGS at the start of the new year and today’s personal intention meditation is here to support all those things.

Whether it be something that you’re trying to cultivate and bring into your life or something that you’re working to let go of, this meditation is here to support you. I mention in the intro to this video that it may be helpful to spend some time before and/or after your first time going through this meditation journaling on what that thing may be for you right now. Don’t worry if there are multiple things that come up, but see if for now, you can stick with just one thing. What’s that first gut instinct thing? Is it creating love and abundance, letting go of fear, releasing yourself from past pain? Go with that. This meditation will always be here for you so you can come back to it anytime when you’re ready for your next personal intention.

Looking to cultivate more self-love this year? This guided meditation will be right up your alley!
