Quick 6 Office Break Yoga – TriYoga with Katie

I know that I’m not the only one sitting in an office chair all day, hunched over the computer, staring down at my phone, and doing it all with terrible posture. It’s no doubt that at the end of the day, my neck and back are sore, my hips are tight, and walking feels a little harder than it should. While I do my best to get up and walk around throughout the day, sometimes it just doesn’t feel like enough. With that said, I pulled together this quick little 6 pose office break yoga sequence.

I know that depending on your office environment, it may feel a bit weird or awkward to break out and do yoga in your cubicle or office, so I was mindful to pick these exercises as something that wouldn’t draw a ton of attention, but would still help counteract the desk life for a little office break yoga session.

    Oooh this is a great midday stretch, Katie! I feel like I have the worst posture throughout the day and getting up every now and then just to move around a bit and stretch those muscles would be so beneficial! Thanks for sharing!!

    This is something I really need! I sit in a chair all day and get uncomfortable after awhile, some office yoga sounds like perfection for me!
