Quick 6 Pose Post-Run Yoga Flow – TriYoga with Katie

While I hated it growing up, I can’t deny that I have come to love running. I love the way it has pushed my body in some of the most beautiful ways. It’s challenging yet meditative, and I just love it. With that said and despite my knowing better, I’m not great about taking a few minutes after my run to stretch out my poor tired muscles. If that sounds like you, today’s yoga class will be perfect for you as I’m sharing a quick post-run yoga flow.

This 6 pose flow is perfect for runners (and non-runners) who just need to take a few minutes to cool down after your workout or run to help your muscles recover. To make it even better, when I say a few minutes, I mean it. This flow is less than 10 minutes. Now, if you need longer, know that you can always pause the video and spend a little more time in those juicy spots working out the kinks and opening things up. I know you’re going to love how this post-run yoga flow feels in your body.

what a beautiful flow, Katie. Thank you for sharing. I think all of us can benefit from these yoga sessions, whether we’re runners or not. And the advice to pause and get a bit deeper in some of those stretches is so so important <3
