Between CrossFit and marathon training, recovery is huge for me! I need to be sure I’m re-fueling my muscles properly so they’re ready for what’s to come next.
Lately, one of my favorite things is to come home from my workout and shake up my morning Skoop. I’ll do a scoop of A-Game and a scoop of the B-Strong with a cup of almond milk or water. It’s been the perfect start to my day and I love knowing I’m fueling my body with clean ingredients that also taste amazing!
