I’m sure I’m not alone in celebrating spring’s arrival! My dog and I are enjoying the excuse to get outside for additional walks in the sunshine and warmer weather. But today we’re going to help bring spring and all of its beautiful energy into our yoga space. This class is all about building a little internal heat as we reawaken our bodies and come out of our winter hibernation mode. As always though, let this practice work for you by modifying any poses as need, skipping any chaturangas that no longer feel good in your body, and just overall being really mindful. This spring awakening yoga class is meant to feel rejuvenating and energizing.
