Thank you all so much for your support of TriYoga with Katie! It’s been so rewarding to get feedback from everyone on this launch. I’ll admit that I definitely had a “vulnerability hangover” from the release of the first video last week, but it’s also been fun to see more people subscribe to the channel and reach out with support. Today we break away from the meditation practice for a more traditional yoga class.

Are you ready for a warm-up? Today’s yoga class is just that…the perfect warm-up! You can do this flow to start your day, to warm-up for a longer class, or just entirely on it’s own when you are looking for a little yoga.

    Wow, Katie! I finally got to do this lesson and it was awesome! I loved the flow and stretches. I feel like I should do these two lessons every day.
