It’s the final Friday of the month which means it’s time for a pose breakdown. Today we are going to talk about Warrior 2, one of the more common poses you’ll see in a yoga class. Now I think a lot of people assume they know the components of Warrior 2 and while I’m not going to say that you don’t, I still suggest checking out the video below to see if there’s something new you may pick up on or something you didn’t know. 

The point of these pose breakdown videos are to help provide more cues than you would be given in a traditional yoga class, especially a vinyasa style class. They’re also going to help you take a step back and really focus on your form. So often we may just hear a pose and go there, without actually thinking about the little nuances that go into each pose and that’s exactly what this is all about.
