I am just a couple weeks out from my Ragnar race. I’ve been wanting to do one of these for years, so I’m really excited that the opportunity presented itself. This one is a bit different as it’s a trail run so we camp out and all run the same 3 different loops vs. hopping in a van and going from point A to point B. Regardless though, I’m excited.

This weekend though I’m working another yoga retreat, getting to see my family for about 12 hours, and then start the busy work week all over. I’ve been looking at my June and realizing just how much I overbooked myself. Live and learn, right?

Monday 5/27:
4 mile run
Hot Yoga class

Tuesday 5/28:
LG W3/D1 – Push

Wednesday 5/29:
TIU Treadmill HIIT

Thursday 5/30:
LG W3/D2 – Legs & Glutes
Muscle Burnout Finishing Circuit
HIIT Cardio (KB Swings -30 seconds on/30 seconds off)

Friday 5/31:
TIU Treadmill HIIT

Saturday 6/1:
Rest

Sunday 6/2:
5.75 mile run

    I’ve never heard of Ragnar racing but wish you the best of luck!! I’m excited to hear how it goes!

    Also hope you have a great time with your family. Twelve hours is not much time but I’m sure you’ll make the most it ❤️
