Some of you may hate me for that statement. Well maybe not for that statement but for what’s to come because of that statement. But let’s be honest, when all is said and done, you’ll actually love me for it.
Planks are one of the best things for your core – they work the WHOLE thing! But if we just held ourselves in a plank for as long as we could every single day, it’d get rather boring, don’t you think?
Some of my favorite core workouts have come from Tina. She likes to combine the basic plank with other core workouts in a plank position (aka: you’re just holding that plank even longer but adding variety). Here’s a great 6 minute Plank Workout:
