We all know what it’s like to have a full and busy schedule. We all have those times in our life when our schedule seems to be one thing after another and totally non-stop. We’ve all been there and we can all relate. This is why I made you a yoga class for when you’re short on time. 

This class is perfect for those days when a 15 minute, 30 minute, let alone a 60 minute yoga class feels so far out of reach but your body is craving a little movement and stretch. This class is only 8 minutes but is sure to help you find your center for even a few minutes of that crazy day. We all know what it’s like so I’ve got your back! Block the time off on your schedule for this quick class, turn your phone on “do not disturb,” and come join me on your mat for a few minutes.
