
My warm-up class is a clear favorite and I’ve heard a few people tell me it’s become a class they’ve gone back to multiple times. And no, it’s not *just* my mom telling me this!
I’m sure you can imagine how happy this makes me to know that you’re finding that warm-up class feels really good in your bodies. With that said, today’s class is another great warm-up class. This is a new warm-up variation I’ve been playing with and I think it’s just a nice alternative.
As always, if you want a little more after finishing this video, you can always grab another one of my videos (like the Sun A or Sun B) to help build some heat and work the body a little more!

Warming up is so important! I think a lot of people skip that step and it’s not good for our muscles!
I will have to check out your warm-up yoga. I just came from a yoga class and I feel so good!
