First and foremost, I want to start by saying that it’s been way too long since I shared a new workout for you all. I’ve been in the land of Tone It Up circuits, hot yoga and running that it just slipped my mind. I’m sure on some level you all aren’t complaining… 😉
Lucky for you and me, I wrote one up for you this weekend after getting hit with a bit of inspiration and then spent way too much time trying to get a little mini studio set up in my apartment to capture all the movements on my nice camera before getting frustrated with the timer and just grabbing my iPhone. I really need a tripod if I’m going to attempt things of that nature…note to self. (Also, please excuse the weird faces…#awkward)
Regardless, I caught the movements to the best of my ability, had fun creating a new workout and simultaneously kicking my butt without disturbing my neighbors. Being on the top floor of an apartment building, that’s a real win!
I should also note, that now I really want to figure out how to set up my little mini studio in a way that I can access it a lot easier and making note that a space for a studio in any future home of mine would be a HUGE win!
Now onto the workout.
Like I mentioned, this workout is great for the gym or your living room and if you live on an upstairs floor, there’s no jumping around to disturb your downstairs neighbors!
You’re going to love this workout! Make sure to let me know how it goes when you try it!

Love Tone It Up. Such an inspiring community. I need to add a medicine ball to my home equipment. This looks like a easy, quick workout that I can do while binge watching Revenge. tehe.

Loved this post! I’m always on the hunt for easy workouts to do at home that are also effective for a full workout! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you for sharing! I often want to stay at home to workout but how can I do jump squats and burpees when I KNOW the guy downstairs is home. I will give this a try!
