Can I just start by saying, who knew y’all liked YouTube so much? 😉 Man, yesterday’s post got some real love and apparently you guys were excited to hear my real voice (vs whatever voice you’ve decided I have based on my writing). Well, I’ll keep up with those videos and we’ll just see where they go then, huh?
Anyway, while I’m not doing Fitness Friday anymore, I do still plan to share some of my workouts and more general comments about any particular training (like for a race) as they come up. After you all loved my last In And Out In Under 30 Min Workout, I’m excited to share another quick and effective workout with you today. Even better, it’s completely machine-less but will get that heart rate up in no time!

What kind of workouts have you been doing and/or loving lately?
I am loving the HIIT style circuits and running, of course! I’m definitely missing doing CrossFit but my body has been feeling pretty good so I’m enjoying that.

I love body weight workouts because they can be done ANYWHERE. This one looks great. 🙂

As someone who hates the gym and equipment and working out in general (lol) I have to say that I totally appreciate this list. And the fact that this workout is light on the burpees 😉 Happy New Year!

I’ve been getting back into running lately and just finished my 2nd full round of T25 a few weeks ago.
We just put our gym membership on hold, so I’m definitely looking for some machine-less cardio! Perfect timing 🙂

just watched the video! I agree it’s great to hear a voice of someone esp when you have been reading the blog, often the voice is nothing like how you would expect! haha! My fav workouts are Body pump and yoga. My body has changed since I’ve been doing these! Today I went swimming though, I love swimming 🙂

Talk about a leg and booty burner!! I’m not big on cardio machines unless its the stairs-of-death machine, so these kinds of cardio circuits are right up my alley!

I’ve run a circuit very similar to this with a client and myself and it kicks butt! Not everyone loves the elliptical as much as I do. 😉 plus those jump squats really work those little stabilizer muscles that often get overlooked!
