All you need is a set of dumbbells and some space to run. You can take it to the gym and run on the treadmill or take some weights to the track or run around the block.
Either way, youβll get in and out quickly and love this awesome, sweaty workout!

I’m definitely saving this for later! Some days I only have time for a quick 30 minute workout and I never know what to do in such a short time frame. I’ll have to try this out.

Just remember that it’s okay if you only have a few minutes. Some days when I’m short on time (for the workout and to clean myself up after), I’ll just go walk on the treadmill. Even an easy walk keeps me moving, doesn’t get me super sweaty (much easier cleanup if you have to head to an appointment, work, etc) but also makes me feel happy that I fit in SOMETHING on a crazy busy day!
I never have much time for a workout. This is just what I need!

I have a treadmill but have never thought about using my dumbbells with it. I think I will try that once my shoulder is feeling better. I think I pulled a muscle a few weeks ago doing pushups of some sort on T25. Thanks for the tip. I always enjoy them.
