All you need is a set of dumbbells and some space to run. You can take it to the gym and run on the treadmill or take some weights to the track or run around the block.

      Just remember that it’s okay if you only have a few minutes. Some days when I’m short on time (for the workout and to clean myself up after), I’ll just go walk on the treadmill. Even an easy walk keeps me moving, doesn’t get me super sweaty (much easier cleanup if you have to head to an appointment, work, etc) but also makes me feel happy that I fit in SOMETHING on a crazy busy day!

    Ah yes that’s exactly what I was looking for! I have no equipment and not an awful lot of time so this will help me for sure!
