I hope you guys are enjoying all the workouts I’ve been sharing lately because I have another for you. And with the pursuit of my personal training certification looming, I can anticipate many more to come.
But first, we had a bit of a sprinkling the other night. Not rain, snow.
And while many of you would probably be cursing at the first site of snow in November, I was giddy like a school girl. This is the first time I’ve seen it snow in a couple years. No joke. And while I love fall and would love to continue enjoying the crunchy leaves and crisp fall weather, when I woke up to a bit of snow on the ground Tuesday morning, I was thankful and happy.
Now back to that workout. You see, I’ve been enjoying all of Tina’s ab workouts lately and finding myself waiting and waiting for the next one. But then it hit me, I can make my own – hello personal trainer-to-be!
Don’t get too intimidated by this workout, it’s not bad but it will leave your core a great workout!

I need to work my core!! I was doing so good until the craziness hit. My favorite core exercise right now is reverse crunches.
