We all know October to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but did you know it is also COOKIE month? Let it be known that I am in no way trying to diminish Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but with so much negativity in the news (my heart breaks for anyone and everyone affected by Hurricane Matthew) and the constant politic drama (can this election be over yet?), I am trying my best to create a space where we can all come to celebrate the GOOD and be sure we get a few minutes each day to focus on something more positive and up lifting.
Cookies are positive and up lifting.

So how are we going to celebrate? With a round-up of some delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or paleo cookie recipes; thatβs how!
Iβve pulled from some of my fellow bloggers for seven delicious recipes and Iβm sure one, two or maybe all seven are sure to get you to the kitchen to quickly whip up a batch to enjoy.
Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies from ME π
Crockpot Paleo Cookies from Taylor at Food, Faith, Fitness
Sweet Potato Sunbutter Cookies from Kelli at Hungry Hobby
Paleo Pumpkin Spice Cookies from Nicole at Fitful Focus
Banana Blueberry Cookies from Kelly at Tasting Page
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from Melissa at Treats with a Twist
Soft & Grainless Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookies from Rebecca at Strength & Sunshine
If you need me, Iβll be having my cookies with a glass of almond milk or a hot cup of coffee.
What is your favorite kind of cookie?
Are you celebrating cookie month?
