A Day Off

I’m taking the day off.  At least from work and blogging.  But not running.  Because as you’re reading this and I’m running this:

Before I go, I’m committed to taking time to be thankful every day and today I’m thankful for changes in the weather.

Okay, maybe not quite this drastic as it sure does have an impact on my breathing, but as stupid as it may seem, changes in the weather play a vital role to my overall well-being.  Some say they get down every winter when the weather gets colder (Season Affective Disorder), I’m pretty sure I have the opposite; I get upset with no weather changes.  Bring me four seasons a year. Please and thank you.

We’ll be back to our regularly scheduled program tomorrow.

What are you thankful for today?

Any fun plans for the weekend?

The weather was PERFECT! Started off chilly as we were standing around (in the 50s) but after I started running it was perfect!
