This post going up after lunch should be an indicator for my week…seriously, if I were to say it’s been a busy, stressful, hectic, exciting, (did I mention busy?) week, that would be an understatement. To say that in this busy, stressful, hectic, exciting week that I totally forgot about today’s post…well, that would be the truth.
BUT…It’s May 1st (WHAT?!) and I committed myself to focusing on my core for the entire month of April. I did a plank-a-day, minus a few right up at the end of the month. And honestly, while my core is feeling stronger, I also learned that as much as I do enjoy planks, I need the variety (even in my ab workouts) to keep me from getting bored and lazy. It happens to the best of us.
Now, if you’ll excuse me…my phone hasn’t stopped ringing and my email has hardly been clear for the last 3 days…
