Yes! The bad workouts definitely make the good ones better, and make the goals happen! I had awful workouts a few weeks ago, made me feel so much happier when yesterdays went well π This weekend I am looking forward to doing lots of relaxing, with a shorter long run of 14 miles with my half marathon next weekend! Eeek!
