Who doesn’t love a good smoothie, am I right?
While I often use protein powder in my smoothies, I thought it would be fun today to share an alternative for those who aren’t protein powder fans or are just looking for a delicious and nutritious alternative.

Chia Fruity Smoothie
1 TBSP ground chia seed (I grind up chia seeds in my coffee grinder)
1 cup almond milk + more as needed (I used Blue Diamond Unsweetened)
½ frozen banana
⅓ cup frozen pineapple
⅓ cup frozen berries
Blend ground chia seed and almond milk and let sit for about 5 minutes. Add frozen fruit and blend again, using additional almond milk until desired consistency.
Enjoy as a delicious snack or post-workout breakfast!
