As mentioned in yesterday’s video, my workouts lately have been primarily running and the FitBit Star personal trainer workouts but I do enjoy writing my own workouts so I’ve still been throwing a few in here and there. Today, I’m going to share this great core burner from Sunday’s workout. I paired it with a 2 mile semi-speed walk and it left me in a happy sweat.
While I am missing the heavy lifting (and community) that comes with CrossFit, you can’t beat a great circuit workout, especially one that you can do anywhere with no equipment needed!
What kind of workouts have you been doing lately?

Looks like a great workout! I’ve been doing Hammer & Chisel, a new program from Team Beachbody (they also made P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, etc!). I love that I get to do all of my workouts at home (so convenient!!) but I still get a really amazing sense of community from the challenge groups that I run as an accountability coach, and from the other coaches on my team! 🙂

I can’t wait to work out my core again. I can do much because of the way it will impact my sacrum, and all I can think of is byyyye bye hard work!

Seems to be a good combination of high intensity cardio and core!
A goal of mine is to do more of these types of workouts, so this is VERY helpful for me. Cheers to 2016!
