Currently – August

2 Comments on Currently – August

Here we are, another month has come and gone so before we close out August, I thought it’d be fun to see where things stand.

Current Book:

I’m so ashamed to admit I’m still working my way through Wheat Belly but there’s so much information that it’s overwhelming for me so I can’t read it to quickly.  Hopefully by the end of September I’ll have moved onto another book. 😉

Current Music:

Sweater Weather – The Neighbourhood

Pumpin Blood – NoNoNo

Same Love – Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

Kings of Leon

Current Nail Color:

My nails are au natural but my toes are a nice light pink that’s in need of a touch up. 😉

Current Drink:

Water, water, water, WATER!

Current Food:

Almond butter! That’s it’s own food group, right?

Current Favorite Show:

There’s always a lot of House Hunters, Property Brothers and Love It or List It.  I’d like to think that with all the HGTV I watch that someday I’ll have an excellent looking home.

Current Wish List:

Still hoping for my own place and to pursue my dreams.  Still hoping it comes soon… (nothing’s changed, so why change my answer?)

Current Needs:

A decent foam rolling session…my poor hamstrings are TIGHT!

Current Indulgence:

Cereal with blueberries and nut butter as an evening snack. So.good!

Current Blessing(s):

The wonderful, supportive people in my life, including my friends that while living far away, are just as supportive and there for me from a distance.

Current Outfit:

Pajama pants and an old Blend Retreat tshirt. Comfy is where it’s at!

Current Excitement:

Next weekend’s Pretty Muddy Mud run – want to join me? There’s still time to register!

Don’t forget to catch up on a few of my favorite August posts you may have missed!

Wheat Belly is really interesting but it’s super science-y (NOT my strong suit) and kind of overwhelming for me, but interesting none the less!
