Do you remember when I made my Fall Bucket List?
While it’s still technically fall, it’s feeling more like winter each day; snow has appeared even in the smallest amounts, December is just a few days away and the holiday season is in full swing. To me, it may as well be winter especially since I completed my bucket list!
Just in case you need a reminder, here’s what my Fall Bucket List looked like:
And here’s how it looks now:
1 – Apple Picking
I did this TWICE! And it was so much fun. If there were still apples on the trees, I’d go again! 😉
2 – Walk in Crunchy Leaves
I may not have the proof but I walked through giant piles of crunchy leaves every day at work as I took out the trash. It may not be fancy or super cute, but it brought me a bit of joy.
3 – Bake Pumpkin Seeds
I may not have done it, but my dad did and they sure are TASTY!
4 – Drink Apple Cider
Check!
5 – Make Apple Cider Muffins.
And they were DEEEE-LICIOUS!
6 – Eat Spaghetti squash.
Again, on a few different occasions with homemade sauce even!
7 – Get my Personal Training Certification with NASM
This was needed before my CPT and it’s done!
9 – Run my first race (a 5k)
How’s this for getting things done?
First race ever – Run for the Bear 5k
First 10k – Chicago’s Perfect 10 10k
10 – Finish my 10k training program
Training done and 10k race completed!
11 – Read (and finish) a book – for fun!
An Accidental Athlete – done and hilarious!
12 – Bake with pumpkin
Pumpkin scones were made (recipe being finalized) and pumpkin cream cheese muffins (recipe still being finalized)! And let’s not forget pumpkin pancakes!
Now it’s time to start thinking about a winter bucket list because these are fun!
And honestly, my Fall Bucket List is what I’m thankful for today. Completing everything on this list wasn’t easy but it gave me fun things to do and look forward to, especially while I was in the midst of the crazy world of studying.
Did you make a Fall Bucket List?
What was on your list and what do you still have left to do?
Please send me some positive vibes today, I’m wearing my big girl pants!

Dang girl! You killed that list!! Go you! How exciting about all of these things!!!
Thanks girl! It definitely made for a fun fall!
Just stumbled on your blog, and holy buckets, you’ve been busy this Fall! Congrats! And I’m so inspired. 🙂 I just started running more because I want to sign up for my first half marathon, but I’m trying to take things slowly. I enjoyed your post!
THanks and welcome! I’m hoping to run my first 1/2 in the near future but first I need to pick one… 😉
