I feel like I’m constantly saying “it’s been another busy week”…which I probably am because it feels like just when we think the weeks can’t get busier, they do. Does anyone else have that problem? Please tell me I’m not alone!

The good news is that I’ve been able to get in several workouts to really kick my butt and help combat all of the stress and anxiety that builds up.

Friday 3/6

3 mile run

 

Saturday 3/7

CrossFit Open WOD 15.2

3 minutes to complete 2 rounds:

6 Overhead Squats (45#)

6 Pull-ups (Jumping)

if completed, then..

3 minutes to complete 2 rounds:

8 Overhead Squats

8 Pull-ups (Jumping)

etc, etc…

score: “OFFICIAL” – 6 / Jumping Pull-ups – 142

 

Sunday 3/8

50 States Event Tabata

8 rounds of each:

-Single Unders

-Box Jumps

-Burpees

-Push-ups

-Sit-ups

 

Monday 3/9

Black Dog CrossFit Event

3×5 Back Squat: 105#

8 min AMRAP:

100m row

20 over rower burpees

180 single unders

score: 108 singles

2 min rest, then 6 min AMRAP:

800m run

30 knee raises

180 single unders

score: 73

 

Tuesday 3/10

Rest

 

Wednesday 3/11

CrossFit Hobbs Event

Pull-up Practice

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders (3x singles)

Situps

time: 9:14

then, 3 rounds:

3 minute row for calories

3 minute rest

score: 115

 

Thursday 3/12

Power Cleans (65#)

Ring Rows (purple)

time: 9:35

Today is another 50 States event and we’re taking on 15.3 so I’m hopeful of how the day will go and a better report back on this WOD for you all in a few days! 😉

    Love it! I got 2 great runs in, plus 2 long walks, I’m planning on a barre class tomorrow, and maybe a walk this afternoon if I get lucky!

      Nice job girl!! I definitely would have loved a few more runs this week but hoping with less events next week that’ll be possible!
