How have your workouts been this week? Any new milestones? Any motivation needed?
Don’t forget to link up or join in the comments!

Love it! I got 2 great runs in, plus 2 long walks, I’m planning on a barre class tomorrow, and maybe a walk this afternoon if I get lucky!
Nice job girl!! I definitely would have loved a few more runs this week but hoping with less events next week that’ll be possible!
Whew! Sounds like you had a super active week, I’m tired just from reading about it 😀 Really inspired me to get my ass to the gym today though, thanks!
haha! What’s funny is that while LOOKING at my list of workouts it seems like a lot, it didn’t FEEL bad! Glad I was able to help motivate you! Enjoy your workout!
